Heroin Heights Oz' House

I am slowly moving all my favorite sims to my new Heorin Heights neighborhood.  I built Oz a new house.

I had never had this happen before.  The welcome wagon came to Oz' house, and Eddie instantly started picking on Oz (what the hell).  At least Oz won in the end.
